The framework is designed for businesses doing $250K to $2M in annual revenue that are ready to scale to 7 figures and beyond. If you are pre-revenue or just starting out, our business audit package is a better starting point.
How is this different from hiring a business coach?
Business coaches give you advice. We give you a system. The scaling framework comes with a detailed strategy deck, implementation roadmap, KPIs, and a team to help you execute. We do not just tell you what to do. We build the infrastructure to make it happen.
How long does the framework engagement take?
The initial strategy phase takes 4 to 6 weeks. Implementation runs on a 90-day cycle aligned with our standard process: month one is foundation, month two is strategy, month three is execution. Many clients continue with quarterly strategy reviews.
Do you help with implementation or just strategy?
Both. The framework deliverable is a comprehensive strategy deck and action plan. But we also offer implementation support through our other services: CRM build-out, AI automation, website redesign, and marketing execution. Most scaling clients engage us for at least two services.
