What email platforms do you work with?
We work with Go High Level, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, HubSpot, and most major email platforms. If you're not on a platform yet, we'll recommend one based on your business model, list size, and budget.
How many emails should we send per week?
There's no universal answer. It depends on your audience, industry, and the value of each email. We test frequency as part of our optimization process. What matters isn't how often you send. It's whether each email earns its place in someone's inbox.
Will you write the emails or does our team?
We handle everything: strategy, copywriting, design templates, and deployment. If you have an internal team that wants to write, we'll build the strategy and templates and train them to execute at a high level.
How do you handle deliverability?
Deliverability is the foundation. We audit your sending domain, set up proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), clean your list of inactive subscribers, and monitor inbox placement rates. If your emails don't land in the inbox, nothing else matters.
How long before email marketing shows ROI?
