Which CRM platforms do you work with?
We specialize in Go High Level (GHL) and have been building on it for 9+ years. We also work with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Close. If your platform is not on this list, ask. Chances are we have experience with it.
How long does a CRM build-out take?
A standard CRM build-out takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on complexity. Simple setups with one pipeline and basic automations can be done in a week. Enterprise-level builds with multiple pipelines, complex automation trees, and integrations take closer to 4 to 6 weeks.
Can you migrate our data from another CRM?
Yes. We handle full CRM migrations including contact data, deal history, custom fields, tags, and automation logic. We have migrated teams from Salesforce, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Keap, and dozens of others into Go High Level.
What if our team does not use the CRM after you set it up?
That is why training and adoption planning are built into every engagement. We do not just build the system and disappear. We train your team, create video walkthroughs, and check in at 30 days to make sure adoption is sticking.
Do you offer ongoing CRM management?
