How is this different from a business coach?
A business coach gives you advice. We give you a strategy deck with milestones, metrics, hiring plans, and technology recommendations you can execute on immediately. It is the difference between motivation and a blueprint.
How long does the strategy engagement take?
Typically 3-4 weeks from kickoff to strategy deck delivery. We need time with your data, your team, and your market to build something that is grounded in reality, not assumptions.
Do you help execute the strategy?
The other seven packages exist for exactly that reason. Package H gives you the plan. Packages A through G give you the execution. Most clients combine the growth strategy with 2-3 other packages to move from plan to action.
